- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in residential construction estimation, specifically custom and single-family homes.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
