Construction Draw/HELOC Specialist

Department: Consumer Lending

Reports to: Construction Draw/HELOC Manager

Job Summary:

Process all HELOC & construction loans through CP phase.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process Construction Loans according to bank procedures. Manage monthly maturity reports, assess penalties, and draws.
  • Underwrite, process and close HELOCs loans according to bank procedures.
  • Excellent attitude dealing with customers and coworkers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Computer skills including but not limited to word, excel, and adobe reader and acrobat.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous banking or administrative experience a plus.
