Construction Dewatering Superintendent

GWTT is one of the few groundwater treatment companies that self-performs dewatering system design; water treatment system design (permanent and mobile); equipment fabrication and customization; civil, electrical, and mechanical site work and installation; and licensed operation & maintenance. Our engineers have designed thousands of dewatering and water treatment systems. These systems have successfully treated 100’s of billions of gallons of water meeting the most demanding environmental effluent guidelines.

We are seeking a NYC based Construction Dewatering Foreman with (3+ years experience) or Superintendent with (5+ years experience)of Construction Dewatering experience (Wellpoints/ Deep Wells), in a heavy construction environment.
The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following:

• Preferred candidate resides in NYC. (Must live within 30 minute drive to Williamsburg/ Brooklyn and Manhattan)
• Construction Dewatering (Wellpoint/ Deep Well) experience
• Well Drilling/ construction experience, especially via hollow stem auger, sonic, air or mud duplex-rotary applications
• Wellpoint Jetting experience
• PVC and steel plumbing experience
• Heavy Construction site experience. (Deep excavation work preferred)
• Underground Utility installation/ repair experience
• 220V and 480V electrical experience
• Minimum Foreman level site management experience
• OSHA 40 hour HAZWOPER trained
• OSHA 10 hour trained
• OSHA 30 hour trained
• Clean driver’s license. (CDL or DOT card is bonus)
• Solid safety track record
• Familiarity with NYC metropolitan area
• Willingness to travel
• The desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
