We are seeking a skilled and motivated Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various stages of construction projects and performing a range of duties to support the team. Drug Free Workplace Valid Ohio Drivers License required
```Duties```
- Assist in loading truck with necessary materials and tools to work on project of the day, on site, will lay out and frame building according to plans.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Operate heavy equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Strong knowledge of construction-related skills with some experience in wood frame preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, be able to accurately use measuring tape.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is preferred but not required - Be able to climb ladder and be ok working at heights. - Be able to lift / carry heavy construction materials
