Construction Crew Leader

```Overview```
Do you enjoy working with an experienced team of knowledgeable carpenters, completing a project from start to finish, and leading people? Do you have 6 years of experience in construction? If so, Dillon Construction LLC is searching for a Construction Crew Leader, who can lead by example and ensure we put our client's needs and satisfaction first. ```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and lead a crew of construction workers, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and follow project plans
- Assign,delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members, providing clear instructions and guidance and set daily goals.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity to ensure project timelines are met
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and execute construction projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or deficiencies, and take corrective actions as necessary, and communicate with Project Managers.
- Train new crew members on proper construction techniques, safety procedures, and company policies, and assure we are following all Osha regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by crew members and communicate with office manager to make any corrections.

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team and be onsite working alongside the crew.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using construction management software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans and ability to produce quality work.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Class C driver's license and be an insurable driver.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
