Are you a skilled handyman with expertise in various trades? Do you take pride in delivering top-notch repairs and maintenance services? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Construction Crew Member.
**Responsibilities:**

• Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, sheetrock, and both exterior and interior repairs.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to work orders and service requests from property management.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to high-quality standards, meeting safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Utilize your own tools and equipment, including a truck, to carry out tasks effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

**Requirements:**

• HVAC certification required.
• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, sheetrock, and general maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Own transportation, including a truck, and a valid driver's license.

You must be able to communicate effectively with all personnel responsible for completing various phases of the project , ensuring procedure, protocol and specifications were followed for work orders for new builds, rehabs, maintenance, repairs, new installations .-Cooperate with local and state building officials including inspectors, code officials, fire chiefs, etc. . Ensuring safety requirements are being followed per company and OSHA standards. Interact professionally with onsite Property Management team.
