Construction Clerk

Basic Job Functions:

• Support the construction supervisor in the safe and efficient management of our contractor resources.
• Prepare and effectively maintain the various daily, monthly, and annual reporting requirements.
• Receive Contractor service receipts and coordinate with the Accounting Departments.
• Administer Contractor Safety & Environmental training as necessary and issue appropriate badges.
• Facilitate contractor safety meetings when necessary.
• Verify information in the ISNetworld Decatur Database.
• Knowledge of all Maintenance Clerk responsibilities to be an effective back up.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
