• Sheetrock / Drywall
• Carpentry
• Cabinetry
• Flooring
• Painting
• Texturing
• Roofing
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• HVAC

Join Our Preferred Sub Contractor Network

As a qualified employee or subcontractor, you will have the opportunity to become part of our preferred contractor network team. This means you will have access to a steady stream of projects in our specialized areas of expertise, including insurance, government, schools, and residential renovation and remodeling. We are particularly interested in partnering with Minority/Women Business Enterprises, Section 3, and HUB Certified Businesses, as we support and promote diversity in the construction industry. We require subcontractors to carry standard Commercial General Liability Insurance with coverage of:

• $1,000,000 for each occurrence
• $2,000,000 general aggregate per project

To be considered for our preferred contractor network team, you must meet the following requirements:

Have relevant experience and expertise in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful projects.

Hold relevant certifications, such as Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE), Section 3, or HUB certification.

Have a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, with a keen eye for detail and quality workmanship.

Be reliable and able to meet project deadlines.

Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
