We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Connectwise Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance, customization, setup, and support in the areas of Connectwise Managed and Connectwise CPQ. Your role will involve assisting our team in day-to-day usage, data input, reporting, and optimizing these systems to streamline our business processes. You should have a deep understanding of Connectwise Managed and Connectwise CPQ, along with how to use this in our technology services and solutions organization. We expect you to offer valuable insights and recommendations on the tool, process, and how our team can better use it. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure and use of Connectwise Managed and Connectwise CPQ systems
- Provide training and support to team members in using these systems effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Set up reporting, invoicing and quote templates for our services and product quotes.
- Assist with the setup of our distribution partners for quoting.
- Help with basic weekly, monthly, and quarterly (and project) Reporting
- Help us customize the tool to fit our business

Requirements:
- Proven experience and expertise in Connectwise Managed and Connectwise CPQ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of our team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
