Connect to Work AZ Informational Event- April 3rd:
Looking for a new job? Connect to Work AZ is hosting a 1-hour info session at Harmon Library on April 3rd. Curious about what we do? We collaborate with unemployed and underemployed candidates, assisting them in finding quality jobs through our business partnerships. We offer coaching, feedback, and resources to help candidates prepare for job opportunities with our employer partners. Candidates referred by us to our employer partners are guaranteed to be reviewed by a recruiter and/or a hiring manager.
Job seekers attending should expect to learn more about the Connect to Work AZ program, explore opportunities in the finance and healthcare fields, and gain insight into our employer partners' recruitment processes. Members of our team will be present to answer any questions.
If you are unemployed, working part-time, engaged in contract work, or employed outside your field of interest or study, we invite you to join us on November 29th at Harmon Library by registering today!
About Connect to Work AZ:
Connect to Work AZ supports the unemployed and underemployed Arizonans by connecting them to quality jobs through our partnership with Skills for America’s Future (Skills).
Across Arizona, people look for jobs and employers seek qualified talent. Often, they struggle to connect. But those connections are made when they use Connect to Work AZ, powered by Skills, a jobs-first program through the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation. Now even more of our Arizona neighbors can get the connections and support they need to secure quality jobs.
By focusing on Arizona’s ready-to-work talent, this program will connect the job seeker with local companies that are eager to hire. This inclusive hiring approach has proven to be efficient and effective at getting more unemployed and underemployed people into jobs.
