The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. - Perform both top level, test setup conformities.
- Review documents for accuracy.
- Employ methods such as root cause analysis to develop recommended corrective actions and process improvements.
- Provide guidance to engineering teams as needed in the areas of process and regulatory requirements to ensure effective project execution.
The ideal candidate will be capable of:
- Establishing rapport across the organization, including leadership, engineering teams, shared service teams, and customers.
- Communicating masterfully both verbally and in writing.
- Assisting with engineering project planning activities to ensure plans consider program requirements and past lessons learned.
Qualifications/Experience Required:

- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

- This position will require working with the environmental and EMI labs along with the engineering teams to review the conformity of top-level units and the test setups for qualification testing.
- Candidates will be required to review all design data supplied by the engineering teams when performing top-level conformities. This will involve reviewing and verifying the modifications called out in EMODs or Flight changes are strictly followed and updates to the configuration records are updated.
- This position requires organization, precision and flexibility to meet engineering schedules.
