What will I be doing?
As a Pre Arrival Confirmations Agent, you would be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Calls and confirms all members, owners, and guests to review the details of their event. Verifies all information is correct and guest fully qualify.
- Updates all guest lists and notes in Clarity to show the most up to date guest information.
- Handles all guest issues as they arise during the confirmation process and performs other related duties as assigned.
- Tracks all members, owners, and guests who no show their tour and call them within two (2) hours to rebook the tour.
- Reviews tour for accuracy in booking, not limited to but including, correct tour time, box code, event coordinator, market program, notes, and off property contact.
