Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the Configuration Management Analyst position for the Integrated Defensive Cyber Systems Contract. This position is located near Lackland Air Force Base; all work is onsite.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide overall leadership in the Configuration Management (CM) domain, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of CM principles.
  • Establish and maintain the CM infrastructure and environment for the product development team.
  • Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain detailed records of all configuration items, their relationships, and essential information needed to deliver IT services.
  • Facilitate product review, change, and defect tracking activities within the CM environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of configuration items.
  • Work to enhance and streamline Configuration Management processes, fostering efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as whitepapers, briefs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other relevant materials.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with the product development team and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and working groups to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Requires BS and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven track record as a Configuration Manager, demonstrating expertise in maintaining CMDBs and overseeing product review and change tracking activities.
  • Experience working with classified and non-classified Video Teleconference Communications (VTC) systems and other conferencing equipment.
  • Knowledge of NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks, with a background in supporting computer services for large enterprises.
  • Hands-on experience in IT system implementation, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DRA, and Remedy for initiating and managing tickets.
  • Must have a DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) to start or equivalent.
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance within 90 days.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
