Rate Range: $22- $23/Hr on w2 (non- benefited)
Job Description:
- The Configuration Technician II plays a crucial role in configuring and maintaining various hardware and software systems within an organization.
- This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and management of technology resources.
- Configure and install hardware components such as servers, workstations, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
- Install and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications on different devices.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings on various platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Conduct regular system updates, patches, and firmware upgrades to ensure security and optimal performance.
