Basic Position Requirements:

Abilities:

• Excellent mechanical and technical skills
• Physically able to move items weighing 75 lbs or higher.
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
• Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting events happening at the same time.
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be persuasive with customers when necessary.
• Reliable and Self-motivated

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of computer and tablet use
• Knowledge in Google search, and Navigation systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of hand tools, mechanical tools, and Concrete Repair experience is a plus, but not required.
• GED, High School Diploma, or suitable equivalent

Training Required:

• Fully paid training before going on jobs.

Working Conditions:

• The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented.
• Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must pass Drug test, Background check, and Motor Vehicle check.

Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Concrete Repair Apprentice to join our company. As our apprentice, you will be responsible for working with a technician on residential Concrete Repair services.

Fully paid training with the opportunity to train to become a Technician. Technicians earn $70,000+ Yearly

Responsibilities: (This list may not include all the duties assigned)

• Adjust concrete by injecting our LEVELift polyurethane below the concrete.
• Raise and level customer concrete to make a safe place to walk.
• Determine reasons for the failure of concrete
• Replace rotted or missing joints between concrete.
• Seal cracks in concrete.
• Power wash and seal concrete.
• Provide amazing Leveled Concrete customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
