Concrete& Patching Laborer

Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete labor tasks such as mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Assist with concrete forming
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for concrete projects
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Work with a team to complete construction projects on time and within budget
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete labor or related field preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Familiarity with operating heavy equipment is a plus
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Candidates must have a valid non-restrictive Ohio Drivers License, be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening, undergo a preemployment background check, have prior, proven leadership experience, and be able to withstand working in the sun and heat.
