SalaryResponsibilities: - Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete - Utilize hand tools and power tools to shape and finish concrete surfaces according to blueprints - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine concrete finishing requirements - Operate heavy equipment as needed for concrete pouring and finishing - Conduct construction estimating for concrete finishing projects - Collaborate with the construction team to ensure quality and timely project completion Qualifications: - Proven experience in concrete finishing, masonry, or related field - Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment for concrete work - Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques for precise finishing touches - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Familiarity with plastering techniques for concrete surfaces - Strong understanding of construction estimating principles - Experience in operating heavy equipment such as excavators or bulldozers

Pay: $21.00 - $25.85 per hour
