We are hiring for Major projects in and around the Greenville, SC. area!
we are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers, Form Carpenters, and Helpers to join our exceptional team!
Concrete Finisher Responsibilities:
- Expertly finish concrete surfaces using a variety of tools, such as trowels, floats, and edgers.
- Apply finishes and coatings to concrete surfaces to achieve desired textures and appearances.
- Ensure proper curing and sealing of finished concrete.
- Patch and repair damaged concrete surfaces.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher, with a deep understanding of various finishing techniques.
- Proficient in using concrete finishing tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and leveling techniques.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior results.
Form Carpenter Responsibilities:
- Construct and assemble concrete forms, molds, and frameworks according to specifications.
- Install and reinforce steel bars or mesh to provide structural support.
- Align forms for pouring and ensure they are secure and properly leveled.
- Collaborate with other team members to pour and finish concrete.
- Inspect and repair forms as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Form Carpenter in the concrete industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems and techniques.
- Ability to safely operate carpentry tools and equipment.
- Excellent mathematical and measurement skills.
Helper Responsibilities:
- Assist Concrete Finishers and Form Carpenters with various tasks.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and materials.
- Mix concrete and assist with pouring and leveling.
- Carry and handle construction materials and tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and grow within the concrete trade.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
