Concrete Estimator

A highly-respected Commercial Contractor in Northern OH with a strong Concrete Division in Cleveland is seeking a Concrete Estimator to join their team.  This Contractor has a stable backlog of EXCITING projects, and has been in business for over 25 years.  My client prides themselves on providing the best quality projects in their field.  They also have a passion for developing their employees and promoting from within!! 

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for Concrete Construction Projects including labor and materials
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously

Estimator Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience estimating Heavy Civil Construction projects
• B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is preferred but other relative experience will be considered as well
• Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner
