- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Lay block and install rebar
- Assist with digging & pouring footers and finishing concrete pads
- Install, level, & tamp stones for pads
- Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with overtime – about 50-60 hours per week

For 9 years, Site Prep has provided solid, lasting foundations and pads for homeowners, shed companies, builders, and commercial customers. Our crews ensure that customers receive a quality foundation for their sheds, garages, pole barns, and outdoor structures. We are looking for a Concrete Crew Construction Worker/Driver to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate would have previous construction, heavy equipment, or military experience.
Our Ideal Concrete Crew Construction Worker/Driver:
- Experienced: Previous experience driving a truck and trailer is required. Previous construction, heavy equipment, or military experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who wants to learn.
- Safety Minded: Clean driving record for the past 3 years. Be aware of your surroundings as you operate the truck on our customers' property with the safety of our crew in mind.
- Respectful: We work at homes and businesses and respect them in our language & actions. We strive for a positive, clean-cut work culture.
- Active: Must be able to bend, kneel, use hand tools such as rakes & shovels, and lift up to 100 lbs.
- Dependable: Can be counted on to arrive on time and work efficiently throughout the day.
- Team Player: Driven to contribute to the team with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn
