No experience necessary, but painting or Concrete Coatings experience is a plus. We will train the right individual.
We're seeking candidates who can:
- Consistently finish 4+ flooring projects per week within approximately 40 hours of work
- Collaborate professionally and have a good time with 1-2 fellow installers while ensuring you're efficiently completing tasks
- Complete our training program
- Provide exceptional customer service and deliver outstanding flooring results
- Properly maintain all equipment and tools
- Manage the physical requirements of the job, including carrying 50-100 pounds of materials, maneuvering a 600 pound grinder, and working on your knees during hand-grinding tasks
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience driving a truck and trailer is a plus
A day in the life of a coatings installer:
- Pick up truck, trailer, and supplies
- Load the truck and trailer with necessary equipment and materials
- Reach the job site and unload tools and equipment
- Begin concrete grinding while wearing a respirator, hearing protection and eye protection
- Repair cracks as needed
- Apply the coating. Steps will vary depending on product and application.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion
- Maintain a clean job site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
