RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the receptionist for residents, visitors and incoming calls.
- Engage with residents, guests and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Monitor the lifeline emergency response system and fire alarm panel. Respond as required.
- Perform clerical duties: input work orders, guest suite reservations, schedule resident outings and transportation requests.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with little direction after training.
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to respond to a villa resident situation.
- Must be able to respond to an independent living resident emergency in a timely manner within a large complexes and surrounding villas.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
