SalaryWe are currently seeking a full time Concierge for our Miller’s Grant retirement community in Ellicott City, MD. The Lutheran Village Miller’s Grant Concierge will work as an integral part of our Support Services team, that delivers a unique approach to quality care and administrative support for our senior residents. This position will include a schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, 5 days per week. The hours will be daytime.

Job Duties:
- Serve as the initial point of contact in the reception area and respond to incoming calls
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls, forward and take messages
- Operate copier, fax, scanner, postage meter and any other office equipment
- Provide administrative support to all departments
- Assist and direct senior residents, callers and visitors to the proper location, department or person
- Monitor entry area for visitors and guests, greet and directs as necessary
- Receive and send packages for senior residents, assists with residents who request assistance with mailing letters and packages
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma, or GED
- 1-2+ years Administrative or Clerical experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Previous experience work in a Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC) a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
