Role
In this role, you will respond to standard and more nuanced customer inquiries regarding various products and services the company offers (Employee Benefits, COBRA, and Pre-Tax Benefits). Concierge Support Representatives are dedicated advocates on behalf of our customers' needs.
- Intake and resolve customer questions/concerns via phone and email
- Identify customer issues, diagnose problems, and provide clear and effective solutions
- Document all client interactions/transactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Correspond with insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators (TPA), and vendors
- Interface with client facing team-members at Vita
- Maintain a deep understanding of Vita’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Important: In this role, a significant amount of your time will be spent on the phone.
Requirements
- Able to stick to a static/fixed work schedule (e.g. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Able to work over-time (OT) as necessary
- Strong business communication skills (written, verbal and video calls)
- Able to work proactively and independently
- Able to apply learnings
- HS diploma or higher
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- 1+ year of customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Dynamics CRM) a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Wex Health Cloud a plus, but not required
- Working knowledge of employee benefits is a plus, but not required

Rewards
Starting salary dependent on experience and education. An excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) plan and a comprehensive wellness program (with incentives) is offered.
