Concierge Sales Coordinator at Skin Health Experts

Responsibilities:

• Provide front office support.
• Sell products, series, packages, and memberships.
• Responsible for greeting customers and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage and participate in events and networking activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a medical spa setting.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel; familiarity with Boulevard EMR is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with social media and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Training and Development:

• Four weeks of shadowing and hands-on training with on-site nurses.
• Phone training provided.
