What You'll Do:
- Engage with guests to understand their interests, preferences, and travel needs.
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, sightseeing, and more, tailored to each guest's unique tastes.
- Coordinate reservations, tickets, and transportation to enhance the guest experience.
- Act as a friendly ambassador for Downtown Charleston, sharing your passion and knowledge with visitors from around the world.
Qualifications:
- A genuine love for interacting with people and creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Charleston area and its attractions is a plus, but not required.

Expected hours: 30 per week
