Concessions Manager

Grant's Farm is looking to hire a food and beverage leader who is looking to grow their management background and has an entrepreneurial spirit to help build the foundational pieces of a successful department.

A successful person in this role should have a background in leadership, innovation, knowledge of food safety, training and development, understanding labor and food cost control, a drive to help increase sales and guest satisfaction.

• Manage the day-to-day operations for all food and beverage locations to ensure they are running efficiently to meet daily business demands.
• Work with Human Resource and the Director of Culinary Operations on hiring, coaching, and training of food and beverage personnel.
• Provide input concerning the performance of food and beverage associates to allow accurate and fair evaluation of their performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and resolve scheduling problems; within budgeted guidelines for business demands of daily operations and special catering events.
• Ensure the cost of goods are maintained with in budgeted guidelines.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment for all personnel and guests that comply with all departmental policies/services and all state and location health codes.
• Work with the Director of Culinary Operations in creating and implementing Stand Operation Produces (SOPs).
• Aid in maintaining the operations and functions of the culinary point of sale system.
• Complete daily ordering of food, beverages, dry goods, and cleaning supplies needed for daily operations from onsite warehouse.
• Inspect cooking, serving, and sanitation methods to ensure that finished products meet established standards for appearance, quality, and portion size.
• Coordinate opening and closing duties of culinary personnel.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of menus, recipes, food preparation and presentation.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Provide on-site, immediate resolution of customer service needs.
• Additional assignments that maybe assigned from the Director of Culinary Operations.

• Must be able to lift or carry 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walking for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including heat, inclement weather, cold, etc
