Concession Worker/Usher

Concessions:

As a Concession Worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our concession stand. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the concession area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the concession stand

Experience/Requirements:
- No experience necessary, training is provided
- A love for movies!

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Usher:

As an usher, you will be responsible for guests getting to and from their respective theaters and ensuring their environment stays safe and clean. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Directing customers to the correct theater
- Observing the lobby and hallway at all times to ensure safety
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the lobby, theaters, and bathrooms
- Taking out all trash and cardboard and maintaining the dumpster area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns

Experience/Requirements:
- No experience necessary, training is provided
- Knowledge of how to handle a broom

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $7.25 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
