Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all Concession Stand patrons
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Concession Stand area
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Upsell additional food items or promotions to increase sales
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the Concession Stand
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and upselling
- Culinary skills for basic food preparation and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
