**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Provide offer input, analysis, and recommendations for programs, budgets, and pricing of life cycle performance requirements and FMS cases to ensure that program requirements are supported in a cost-effective manner. This includes recommendations for cost estimating and/or budget activities inclusive of all program life cycle phases, IAW applicable DoD Directives, Army regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities:

●Monitor cost and performance associated with the acquisition process and provide recommendations for meeting critical requirements and for the accomplishment of Security Assistance Program objectives.

●Provide input, analysis, recommendations, and conduct research efforts through data collection and analytical methodologies to optimize resource management to meet Security Assistance Program objectives.

●Perform financial analyses and accounting reconciliation utilizing such systems as Program Budget Accounting System (PBAS),Defense Security Assistance Management System,(DSAMS), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), Federal Logistics Information Systems (FEDLOG), Procurement Automated Data and Documents System (PADDS), Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS), Centralized Integrated System-International Logistics (CISIL), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Case Closure Operating System (CCOPES) and the Integrated Major Pricing Analysis and Reporting Tool (IMPART) system.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of technical or logistical experience is required. Experience necessary includes, but is not limited to, three years related to strategic planning, requirements analysis, logistics, and acquisition management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in such disciplines as Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, International Relations, Strategic Studies, Foreign Policy, International Studies, Political Science, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related technical, or professional disciplines.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge/experience with Army GFEBS.

• Extensive knowledge/experience w/ US Army Security Assistance enterprise with specific experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities.

• Former US Army Logistician or Army Foreign Area Officer.
