As the Primary COMSEC Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' cryptographic key management database infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass the proper distribution, control, security, destruction, and accountability of highly sensitive Communication Cryptographic Items (CCI), keys, and related publications. By leveraging your expertise in cryptographic systems and NSA policy compliance, you will safeguard communications using the Local Management Device, Key Processor (LMD/KP), Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), and other secure equipment.

With your knowledge of Type 1 Cryptographic products and experience with systems such as Linux/Unix, DIAS, LCMS, and KMI, you will serve as the senior technical expert on Cryptographic IT. This expertise will enable you to integrate KMI, DAIS, and LCMS databases in accordance with established security protocols and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Electronic Key Management System, Key Processor, and Local Management Device, overseeing the generation and distribution of electronic keys.

Your support will be essential to our clients, as you provide COMSEC administration during core business hours, offer on-site support to physical locations, and alternate after-hours support on rare occations. Your attention to detail, ability to maintain inventories, and commitment to general maintenance will ensure the smooth operation of our COMSEC systems. These include a minimum of 7 years' experience in the field of Information Technology, with at least 3 years' specifically focused on COMSEC and TACLANEs. Additionally, an active Top Secret Security Clearance is required to handle sensitive information and ensure compliance with government regulations. The ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines is vital in managing the distribution, control, and security of cryptographic items.

Methodical problem-solving skills and a proactive analytical approach will enable you to identify potential risks and implement appropriate solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft desktop client technologies and supporting software is necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this role. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 7+ years' experience in IT
