Computer Field Service Technician

```Responsibilities```
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Analyze electrical systems and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Document all service activities, including parts used and work performed

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in Field Service or a related role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Proficiency in logic controllers and electrical systems
- Knowledge of industrial mechanics and welding techniques (stick welding)
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
