Job Description
As a Service Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Rotating Equipment Technician), you'll be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing air compressors, pumps, gear boxes, and related rotating equipment. You'll provide detailed failure analysis and equipment/system recommendations to improve reliability and performance. You'll also complete work reports detailing work performed as well as parts lists and other required paperwork. Additionally, you'll maintain a service vehicle with proper equipment, tools, and parts to promote efficient, factory approved methods for servicing equipment.

- Multi-craft and/or technician experience desirable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Self-starter and highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work unsupervised and a commitment to the concept of “doing it right the first time".
- Technically knowledgeable, conscientious, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to complete a drug test and background check.
- Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, and Hydraulics Experience.
- Experience with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and Conveyor Systems.
