Component Assembler Technician

Nephron Outsourcing Facility is a 503B outsourcing facility dedicated to creating the highest quality compounds by maintaining current good manufacturing practices to and above the standards set by the FDA.
Position Summary:
- Ability to identify production component status using customized software and hand scanners
- Clean and sanitize production components needed for Nephron’s Outsourcing operations.
- Assemble production components required for manufacturing or R&D Lot/batch using SOPs, form, electronic systems and or protocols.
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records accurately.
- Must be able gown and work in an ISO cleanrooms. ISO (8, 7 or 5) standard will depend on assign duties.
- Ability to think one step ahead, quality focused.
- Constantly meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or apparent.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Ability to multi-task and work independently; to prioritize and perform tasks efficiently even when under pressure or time constraint and follow-through to completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Ability to use customized inventory management system to process/utilize production components.
- Must be able to identify component inventory status using customized electronic system.
- Use PPE and applicable substance in accordance with SOP to clean/ sanitize production components to support out sourcing operational needs.
- Sanitize and assemble production components to support outsourcing operational needs.
- Sanitize/ clean production components into clean classified and ISO clean rooms for assembly.
- Restock outsourcing operations with daily consumables/components.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Move pallets throughout the warehouse with pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Work accident-free

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse.
- Computer experience: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with cage building preferable
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!!!!
- MUST PASS DRUG TEST!!!!
- Must speak, write, and read English.

- Position requires lifting (up to 50 lbs), vision (20/20), bending (waist to floor), climbing (floor to ceiling), reaching (floor to overhead), standing (75%), sitting (5%), walking (20%), gripping, talking and hearing.
- Incumbents are required to wear PPE as assigned by management.
- ·Incumbents are required to comply with proper gowning requirements and other non-specified protective equipment as necessary.
- Incumbents may be required to wear safety glasses, hearing protection, bouffant, and laboratory coats and other non-specified protective equipment as necessary.
- Salary range: Based on experience
- 12 Hour shifts
