Job Description
Collaborates with stakeholders to identify process document needs. Researches and analyzes regulations, policies and other requirements and applies to standards and processes. Works with stakeholders to research processes and determine how best to document. Creates, and publishes specifications, standards, work practices and procedural documentation with established deadlines. Determines best way to ensure documents meet corporate style guide requirements. Maintains content on various channels.

This is a Hybrid position 2 days a week in the office is required

Minimum Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- 5 or more years in technical writing, corporate communications with a technical element or related field. Experience or education in a technical field a plus
- Bachelor's degree in technical writing, journalism or other related field or equivalent experience
- Documentation of Procedures for Risk Management compliance that have gaps.
- Advanced skills in written communications; Intermediate knowledge of principles and practices in communication; grammar, spelling, and style; processes and procedures in area assigned;
- Ability to adhere to set response times, deadlines, and time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to work a variable schedule
- Ability to consistently meet attendance standards for regular, reliable, predictable, full-time attendance
- Willing to work in collaborative environment, whiteboarding and working, Need to be a self-start and ask lots of questions for clarification and be able to speak up.
