SalaryKids On The Move, Inc. (KOTM) is the only nonprofit in the nation with multiple programs sponsored by a single organization, that supports children with disabilities. We are located in Orem, UT. KOTM supports the development of young children and families by "empowering families, one child at a time." by providing five main programs: Early Intervention, Early Head Start, Child Care, Respite Care and KOTM's Autism Center.
KOTM Early Head Start Program is seeking to hire aCompliance & Systems Coordinatorto join our supportive and collaborative team. The Compliance and Systems Coordinator oversees, in collaboration and under the direction of the Program Director, all compliance requirements and monitors best practices to ensure that the program stays on track with all grant requirements and program goals and is achieving mandated and program elected objectives. This role will also collaborate with the C-Suite and manage the DOMO Software for KOTM to track key metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, data analytics, Systems or closely related field
- Skilled in Child Plus or other record-keeping systems, computers and software programs
- Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards
- Experience working in an Early Head Start or Head Start program preferred
- Experience working in child care preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Non-Federal Match Data Integrity for EHS program.
- Ensure compliance with implementation of program curriculum with Head Start/Early Head Start Standards.
- Ensure staff training and credentials are per Head Start Performance Standard regulations and are recorded in ChildPlus.
- Supervise, monitor and utilize ChildPlus data to aggregate and analyze program data quality and compliance with program performance standards and other applicable regulations.
- Responsible to collect, calculate, monitor and report on In-Kind donations
