Job Description:

The Compliance Support Administrator at Pave America lives by the mission, vision and values of the team when working together and directly with the local divisions safety, fleet, operations and human resource teams. This position is based at the corporate office located in Vint Hill Virginia. The Compliance Support Administrator will provide direct front line support to the local teams and reports directly to the Director of Compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain corporate reporting packages for OSHA, DOT, and EPA.
  • Maintain reporting packages for insurance claims.
  • Work with 3rd party consultants in areas of work responsibility.
  • Assist in coordinating training meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a support or administrative type of role
  • Proficient in the use of a computer and computer software such as:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Qualified individual will be able to communicate both verbally as well as written form.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and self-starting.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Physical & Environmental Specific Requirements:

  • This position will require work in both and indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to stand for periods of 30 minutes or longer.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment daily.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Education & Training:

· Minimum of a 2 year college education or equivalent industry work history.
