This is a hybrid position, based in Boston. Our quality department works from home on Fridays.
The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are being adhered to by reviewing reports from the operations department.

This position plays a crucial role in enhancing procedures and ensuring that we provide exceptional quality in our loss prevention and operational excellence sectors, which aid numerous businesses across the country. We help our clients increase revenue, and employee morale, decrease shrink, and improve the customer experience. You will be contributing directly to these objectives and achievements!
Job Responsibilities:
- Review reports from the operations department with a holistic view, practicing due diligence.
- Provide detailed feedback to the operations department.
- Identify training opportunities and escalate to Management or Training.
- Interpret and comply with company quality assurance standards.
- Carefully maintain compliant and non-conformance processes through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
- Assist with developing new quality standards with improvements as needed.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests from clients, when necessary.
- Provide video evidence for clients, as requested.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Utilize CCTV, POS transaction data, video feed, financial reports and social media reviews to review numerous establishments.
- Additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience in legal administration, loss prevention, or human resources.
- Proficient working experience with MS Office applications.
- Demonstrates discretion; understands the importance of sensitive and confidential material.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; demonstrate tact and a professional demeanor in dealing with all levels of personnel.
- Maintains a high quality of work consistently.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Able to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to execute tasks with minimal direction or supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
