Job Description
The Compliance QA Supervisor is essential in supporting the Compliance team. This position ensures effective and appropriate communication with the Compliance team. The position maintains recordkeeping and provides shift updates to Compliance leadership. The Compliance QA Supervisor will document and inform Compliance leadership of all issues discovered and necessary trainings required to correct deviation from standard operating procedures. This position is essential to maintaining Compliance coverage of processing functions during Wednesday-Sunday shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Supports regulatory required audit procedures.
- Provides guidance and support to enhance team performance and progress.
- ·Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times during the Wednesday-Sunday shifts.
- Participates in the development and implementation of strategies for achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting of compliance documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Compliance leadership to ensure resources are allocated correctly and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Handles and relays communications from Operations teams on weekend shifts to Compliance leadership.
- Communicates issues and needs to Compliance leadership.
- Maintains a high standard of orderliness and professionalism.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
- Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally.
- Must perform under high pressure situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations.
- Self-Motivated.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills

Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience preferred.
- ·1+ years of experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds.
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
- The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations.
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.
- The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time.
- The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions or low light situations.
- Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity
- Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
