QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
Dispatch experience would be preferred but isn't required.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
You typically work from Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Overtime is available if you'd like.
Our Compliance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our organization's customer's compliance requirements are on point and we meet all relevant policies and regulations. Attention to detail is key as you oversee billing, perform data entry, update documents, and schedule appointments and inspections. You periodically identify which customers haven't paid us and submit reports about your findings.
This is a small office, so you eagerly jump in to help your coworkers wherever you're needed. This may include assisting with creating work orders, dispatching 911 calls, and monitoring emails. You also organize compliance meetings and coordinate testing to keep our customers in good standing with the state. Let your expertise shine and grow with us!
