Rogue Community Health is looking to welcome a full time Compliance Improvement Analyst to our team in 2023! This position is responsible for facilitating the ongoing assessment and maintenance of the Compliance program, including compliance with all rules, regulations, accreditation standards, and contractual obligations for all Rogue Community Health (RCH) sites, encompassing a variety of disciplines including medical, dental, behavioral health, integrative health, school-based health centers and support services.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Population Health, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Administration or Management, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum three years’ experience in health system management, five years’ working in a health care environment. Experience in an FQHC preferred. CPHQ or CHC certification preferred.

Rogue Community Health is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit federally qualified health center (FQHC) that is dedicated to reducing social and economic barriers to accessing Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, Behavioral and Integrative Health services. Our mission to promote the health of lower-income, working uninsured, vulnerable children and adults began in 1972 as a community effort to support women's health in Ashland, Oregon.
