Compliance And Ethics Coordinator - Remote

A-Line Staffing Solutions is now hiring a Compliance Specialist located anywhere in California for a work from home job opportunity!  The Compliance Specialist would be working for a Fortune 500 Company and has career growth potential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range is $30 - $35.50 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM with some flexibility 

Job Responsibilities

• Support ethics and compliance projects or implementations
• Assist in managing annual Conflict of Interest attestation and remediation
• Provide development guidance and assist in the identification, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and work instructions
• Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues
• Assist in developing, producing and managing compliance training within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist with periodic compliance audits and risk assessments related to ongoing compliance monitoring activities
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues
• Assist management and compliance office
• Serve as a company-wide resource and liaison on Compliance policies, communications, training, and quality improvements initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• MUST be located in the state of California ** 
• 3 years of Compliance related experience 
• Working knowledge of the elements of a Compliance and Ethics program
