Responsible for ensuring that the credit union is in compliance with state and federal regulations involving Consumer banking operations compliance, particularly those under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Assists the Bank Secrecy Officer in implementing BSA and OFAC regulations and requirements. Prepares and files reports with government agencies as directed by law.
Qualifications/Experience
• At least four years of related experience in Compliance and BSA Operations
• Thorough knowledge of applicable federal and state financial regulations, particularly regarding BSA and OFAC.
• Understanding of financial institution operations and procedures as they relate to the share operations, particularly regarding BSA and OFAC.
• Understanding of loan procedures is also a benefit.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attentive to detail and observant.
• Good communication skills.
Salary Range
Minimum - $47,980
Maximum - $76,769
