Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for processing a wide range of complex transactions, both financial & non-financial, at the direction of our Resolution & Systems Team.
  • With guidance, learns and understands the full platform of Equitable products to include the respective product benefits and features.
  • Supports all business areas with product/policy maintenance, corrective processing efforts, and implementation of remediation projects using multiple systems, including but not limited to; product specific updating systems (VTG/WMA), CSA, AWD, Windows, CMOD, as well as Microsoft Excel.
  • Responsible for ensuring client transactions are properly administered; quality is pivotal.
  • May be assigned to assist with training in areas of expertise and/or work on special projects.
  • Requires adherence to established service levels with regards to timeliness of processing.

The base salary range for this position is $46,000 - $60,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a solution driven and/or project based role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to multi-task and be able to navigate multiple administrative systems.
  • Ability to research and effectively utilize available knowledge/ product resources to correctly process transactions.
  • Ability to document client account information thoroughly and concisely.
  • Must be able to learn, retain, and follow a large amount of detailed instructions within a short period of time.
  • Works independently to resolve issues in a timely manner knowing when to appropriately escalate.
  • Organization and time-management skills; ability to demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment of changing priorities/demanding circumstances.
  • Demonstrates ownership/accountability. Reliable; ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards
  • Demonstrates commitment, dedication, highly engaged and involved in the job. Proactive self-starter; proven ability to collaborate with different teams within the organization.
  • Experience with Inforce processing and administrative systems (WMA, VTG, AWD, NBA).
  • Knowledge of EQH products and administrative systems.

Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
