Are you ready to take the helm as the Complex General Manager of the Hilton San Francisco Union Squareand Parc 55? We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to join our team and guide our prestigious hotels to new heights.
As Complex General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring exploration and discovery for our guests, ensuring that their stays are filled with urban adventures and peaceful retreats You will also be responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
The Hilton San Francisco Union Square boasts the city's most elevated skybar and an enticing outdoor pool, offering an atmosphere alive with the energy that draws travelers from across the globe to San Francisco. Whether it's savoring artisanal cocktails with breathtaking city views, planning excursions to Wine Country, or embarking on picturesque hikes in the Muir Woods, you will lead a team dedicated to surpassing guest expectations.

What will I be doing?
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including, but not limited to hotel budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, leading service initiatives, leading and managing balanced scorecard performance, implementing and complying with all company policies and standards, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, leading and developing the executive team, responding to guests inquiries and resolving concerns and hotel-wide meeting participation and facilitation
  • Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads, to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
  • Recruit, interview and train team members
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurements
  • Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies
  • Serve as primary liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities

What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
  • minimum of 2 years Complex Hotel Manager or 3 years General Manager experience at a big box property
  • Experience managing a property with $100M or greater in revenue and a minimum of 800 rooms
  • Ability to build successful ownership relationships and partnerships
  • Successful in maintaining Union partnerships

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Thoughtful people leadership with proven success in driving engagement and managing high performing teams
  • Thorough understanding of revenue management and sales in large group house
  • In-depth knowledge of the San Francisco Market
  • Experience managing multiple properties
  • Hilton brand experience

The annual salary range for this role is $300K - $325K and is based on commensurate experience.
