Role: Complex General Manager – Northeast Region, United States

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of two hotels in the Northeast Region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth while maintaining a guest-centric approach to hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Guest Experience Enhancement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to address concerns and exceed expectations.
  • Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms division, food and beverage, and guest services.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
  • Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to optimize profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
  • Team Development:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and support for professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships within the local community and industry networks to enhance the hotel's reputation and visibility.
  • Participate in local events, sponsorships, and partnerships to promote hotels and drive business.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a focus on revenue generation and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, financial analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $105,000.00 per year
