DoubleTree San Jose and The Juniper Hotel Cupertino are looking for a Complex Director of Food and Beverage!  Conveniently located near the Levi's Stadium, San Jose Airport, and Saratoga's great wines, the Juniper Hotel Cupertino offers the Parkview Kitchen & Spirits restaurant that features a menu that spotlights honey from our rooftop beehive!  DoubleTree San Jose, located near Downtown San Jose, offers 56k sq. ft. of banquet space and 5 delicious Food and Beverage options! What will I be doing? As a Director of Food and Beverage, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of Food and Beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

• Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Implement effective controls of Food, beverage and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
• Help ensure high standards of Food and Beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.

The annual salary range for this role is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
