Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Position Summary: Responsible for product complaint investigation by dispositioning the material and applying applicable transactions via SAP.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tests required parameters of returned Sensor and Nomad devices using appropriate software.
- Uses SAP (ERP system) to access and transact production orders and non-conforming products
- Performs inspections and makes accept/reject decisions regarding each piece, part, or product.
- Troubleshooting basic issues that may occur during the testing process.
- Disposition of items identified as scrap both physically and within SAP
- Ensure all SAP related transactions are complete to enable inventory accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Strong Communication skills, ability to work independently
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Intermediate computer skills, basic use of a computer, and email
- 1+ year SAP or other ERP software experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in electronics, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a regulated environment
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to eight hours or longer), bend, reach, and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to move material by pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds on a cart.
