Job description

Essential Functions:
  • Provide support to Benefits and Compensation Leaders to help manage billing, teammate questions and overall teammate service.
  • Provide timely and accurate billing review, teammate communications and administrative support for benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) by performing regular data audits.
  • Assist with the evaluation of job positions across the organization to determine appropriate salary grade and levels.
  • Assist with the compensation survey management process
  • Support the compensation team in the management of the annual salary review (Merit) and variable pay process through the HRIS, including guidelines on salary adjustments based on performance and market data.
  • Assist with the governance of variable pay programs globally (sales and non-sales)
  • Collaborate with HR teams to effectively communicate compensation policies, practices, and changes to employees.
  • Enroll new teammates in benefit plans and process changes in benefit enrollments
  • Address teammates’ basic questions regarding benefit plans and help resolve basic teammate issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in Compensation and Benefits practices and HR data management.
  • Maintain knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends related to Compensation and Benefits.
  • Run monthly reporting, update data and prepare reports and trends analysis for leaders.
  • Serve as internal back-up for HRBP and TA Specialist
Experience:
  • Must be Detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills. Professional oral and written communication. Ability to multi-task and maintain organized records. A strong aptitude for data analytics and teammate service.
  • Ability to maintain the confidential information of our teammates. A positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong quantitative and support capability (identification of alternatives, evaluation and recommendations
  • Ability to work independently in high paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong communication skills to work with various levels within the organization and across many cultures.
