Compass Logistics Management, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic team players to deliver Amazon packages. Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

• SAFELY DRIVE AND FOLLOW AMAZON STANDARD SAFETY RULES IN VEHICLE AND ON AMAZON PREMISES.
• Drive an Amazon delivery van and Deliver Amazon Packages to various community addresses. 150-200 packages to be delivered.
• MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.
• Use company smartphone devices for routing, gps, and customer delivery contact/services.
• Full time positions are 4 days, part time positions are 3 days.
• Typical shifts are 10 hours.
• Provide welcoming and professional interactions and delivery service to customers and others.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. 
• Must be able to pass a Motor vehicle record check with a safe driving record.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONE WEEKEND DAY PER WEEK
• Must be able to efficiently work handheld technology to complete delivery services
• Must have the physical ability to walk for prolonged time, go up and down stairs, as well as getting in and out the van with or without reasonable accommodation
• Assist team needs with meeting team performance of 100% package delivery service and other team analytical number percentages
• Must be a team player and possess good communication skills 
• Must be able to life up to 50 lbs maximum
• Must be able to deliver a basic standard requirement of 20-30 packages an hour
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.

Pay:

• $18.75 - $21.75
• Additional remuneration such as bonus pay added to your check if driving performance meets Fantastic Plus.

• Overtime pay based on overtime availability and driver performance
